Futura Bold 4.0, Hack’em, PD137
After 3 wonderful days in Leipzig I had the chance to join three very nice events with Tim. On Friday evening Tim took me to Futura Bold 4.0 at the Spreeblick HQ in Berlin Kreuzberg. Johnny gave an very entertaining talk about pop and was accompanied by “The smallest band of the world” with his ukulele. The highlight was when both were playing “London Calling”, where Johnny played gitar in public for the first time in ages. I like it to be on places where people know about the bullshit border. The whole thing was a nice coincidence. I wanted to ask Johnny for moderating the panel of Datenspuren anyway.
The other two events took place in Bielefeld. The Hack’em was arranged by Chaos 3 Bielefeld. It was nice to see all the usual suspects meeting up there, have a nice time and good talks. I’m not sure how things will involve in the future, but I’m in good hope. Thanks to you guys for doing this, and I hope you can make it to come to Dresden.
On Sunday I’ve been to Public Domain, an event of FoeBuD. There was an interessting talk about meassurements of intellectually gifted. I was also able to talk to padeluun, who is one of the speakers and panel participant next Sunday.
Unlike the last months I’m not exhausted at all after this trip. Hopefully I’m back in Dresden by Monday evening.
